Daddy’s Little Girl’s Car

When we saw this car, AdventureMan and I both just about died laughing. Look at that color! It is Barbie Doll pink! I don’t know if you can see, but it SPARKLES! Oh, look at those fabulous matching wheels!

Only two doors, but some carrying space in the back . . . only a Daddy or a doting Sugar Daddy would buy a car like this for his little girl!

  3. its beyond ugly!
but as the Arabic proverb goes:
    لولا تعدد الاثواق… لبارت السلع

which translates to: if it wasnt for people’s various tastes in buying, goods would’ve gone bad/old

  4. Skunk – I’ve seen it! I just wasn’t fast enough to get a photo of it! I blogged about it, maybe a year ago.

Purg – No! No! NO! Purg! Do the math! 1. Bubblegum pink + 2. MATCHING sparkle pink wheels + 3 SPARKLE paint = GIRLY CAR, GIRLY GIRLY GIRLY! Maybe 16 y/o!

Ansam – If I were 16, I might like it, because of the sparkles!

  8. Purg – No. It’s just wrong. No, Purg. No.

Hellraiser – are you a guy? A guy with a 306 in the barbie pink color?

  11. hehehehe I think this is a brilliant Daddy’s Little Girl car. Daughter gets a fun car that makes her feel special, and Daddy gets the security of knowing that wherever his daughter goes in Kuwait, he will always be able to easily follow her comings and goings 🙂

  15. blasha – you are SURE? What makes you think so?

3baid – I can only guess that when I am out and about doing my errands and meetings that people with cars like this are sleeping! 😉 No, I rarely see cars like this, and never THIS pink, except for the pink hummer one time. And the pink hummer did not have SPARKLES.

  16. Little Diamond – You gave me a big smile – yes, that would be secure. I think I would add an inconspicuous little tracker device, too! 🙂

Ummadam – No! NO! Boys in pink cars ? ? ? ? Maybe it is mama’s car, or sister’s car, and some little brother is driving, or son?

Mrm! No kidding?! Now that really gives me a grin! That would give a teacher a lot of creds! Her students must adore her!

Q8Geek – I disagree. As Little Diamond points out, it could make a young woman feel very special. It could make a teacher feel pretty kick-bottom. I am not so much into pink, but deep deep down . . . I would love to have a car with SPARKLES. It would make me smile on a grey, rainy day.

  18. I think for me it is a cultural thing, AbdulAziz – I just grew up thinking pink was for girls. I’m going to have to try hard to overcome this cultural blind spot!

  19. English men wear pink shirts all the time and they are elegant , while American men don’t dare to wear white socks when they are suited up (ususally when going to court or to church ) 🙂 , is this still the case ??? So far no pink deshdasha spotted here

  20. Yeh, I’ve seen that, even (very rarely) in America, and I have to tell you – it makes most American men very uncomfortable to see another man in a pink shirt, pink blazer . . . unless it’s on the golf course, and then, anything goes, LOL!

White socks suited up? NEVAH! NEVAH! Or maybe . . . it’s generational, maybe now you can wear anything . . . ?

LOL at pink dishdasha, like if the young bride washes husband dearest’s dishdasha with her red sweatshirt!
