  12. LLOOLLL, Daggero! I live in a small seaside village in the US, there is a marina there, and as costs have gone sky high to berth a boat, few locals can afford to keep their boats in our own marina. One winter the snow was so heavy that it sank the roof over the marina and sank the boats! The locals just laughed.

since you are a boating girl ,here is an old boating joke for you

What are the happiest two days in the life of a boater ,Answer :

  16. I gave them their own blog entry, Q8Geek, because you are not spamming – you are INVITED! And because it tickles me that you went out and took more photos. I love that wide angle swoosh of the walkway, and the skyline in the background.

  21. Daggero, thank you! Now I know one more thing! Are you posting from another computer? For some reason, both those comments ended up in spam.

  22. By the way, interesting, we use “the pits” to mean the worst.

  23. aha ,yes it was from different pc

thats why the comments did not show up first time and i thought that you closed your blog after midnight so no comments would be posted while you are asleep

  24. It’s true, it’s true, sometimes I have thought how convenient it would be to close the blog to comments when I am sleeping – to protect against commenters who are rude, but never against you, Daggero.
