  1. You know I actually get a little surprised that people would hold any artistic events now given the amounts of political rallies and lectures going on. It seems the timing is ill-advised. Personally, I’m just not in the mood for anything artistic until elections are over. But I could see how someone would want a break from all the politics.

  2. I can understand how you would feel that way, with all the current election frenzy coming to the big vote. There’s about 85% of the population here who isn’t Kuwaiti, and we just go on entertaining ourselves; the election activity doesn’t involve us.
