Qatari Police Balloon?
I thought this was so cute when I passed it on B-ring today:
I don’t know what it’s all about, but I like it that he has on bright clothing and a reflector vest to help him be safe while he is directing traffic. 🙂

Here There and Everywhere 
love the balloon! is it possible that he is a crossing guard of some kind? I know: sounds totally nutty, but the Arabic on the pylon in front of him says “schools”. in any case: love it! what a delight to drive by 🙂
Isn’t it a great balloon? Handsome, too! Yes, he has paddles like a school crossing guard, but the crazy thing is – I never see ANY crossing guards here! It may have been (excuse me if I laugh . . . a TRIAL balloon!)
