  1. LOL! I hear a lot of people wishing each other “happy turkey day” but is the turkey really happy? 😛

  2. Have you ever tasted tofurkey? My vegan daughter eats it. We all tried it the first time she made it. Think strange rubbery texture heavily flavored with poultry seasoning. I’ll take the real thing, thank you very much! LOL! Hope yours was really awesome!

  3. Ummm. . . Mathai, I think the turkey is beyond all that . . . !

I haven’t tasted tofurkey, Momcat; and, given your valuation – I think I will pass.
We went to a Thanksgiving gathering where the turkey was moist and flavorful, and there was great gravy and a million really good side dishes, and wonderful desserts, all adorned by great conversations and sparkling wit. A great thanksgiving. 🙂 Hope yours was equally gratifying. 🙂

  5. Thank you, Lady J. I hate being sick, don’t you? I almost take it personally, and I fight it. Sometimes, though, the best thing is just to give in, let it take it’s course and walk out on the other side of the cold. I hope I am there now – walking out on the other side. Eid mubarik!
