Starbuck’s Holiday

Waiting in line to order some coffee, I saw these on a bottom shelf. I haven’t seen these in any of the other Starbuck’s. I think they need to do an Eid Mubarak mug and special coffee, don’t you?

  1. “I haven’t seen these in any of the other Starbucks”.

*laughing* which other Starbucks? The ones in the Gulf? The ones here in Lebanon? Maybe if the mugs were colors other than white and blue …

Costa tends to be more into Eid marketing – I remember posters talking about enjoying lattes during Ramadan, etc. Although I do vaguely recall Starbucks’ paper sleeves having some regional theme during Ramadan … can’t remember what it was exactly, though.

  3. I love the festive mugs and cups at bux in the UK, but I agree they should have Eid ones for the gulf region

  4. Hey, Ananyah! As Islam is the fastest growing religion in the United States, I think they should also sell special Eid coffee and coffee mugs there, and maybe in the UK, France and Germany, too! A lot of people might buy the mugs just because they are pretty. Even just a small display, as this was.
