One Week, Four Cuts

Doesn’t anyone else find it very strange that in one week, the internet connection cables would be cut in four different places? The Egyptians have announced that no, it was not fishing boats or any other boats anchoring that cut the cable there by accident, the area is a “no-go” zone, is under sattelite observation, and no ships were in the area.

I just think that four in one week goes beyond co-incidence.

  4. LLLLLOOOOLLLLLL, Amer! One cut, even two, yeh, sure, these things happen. Three? Hmmmmm. Four? All in the same region? All four in under a week? I think that is just weird.

    Я – FOUR Marlin? LLLOOOOLLLLLL, Я!

Oh Skunk! The very image, you and BIE in your tinfoil helmets, fighting the crop circle, cable cutting aliens!

  7. LR, my thoughts are here, there and everywhere. It just seems to me like it’s a huge co-incidence that four in one region in a very short time. If I were seriously trying to find a pattern, I would look at who would benefit. I’ll leave that to people smarter than I am, with more resources!

  8. Let us act all paranoid…for the sake of argument…why would 3/4 major cables be cut in 1 week, is it to:

    1. slow down flow of info, to and fro?
    2. destabilize financial markets?
    3. cripple a military machine/infrastructure reliant on undersea cable technology/high speed?

Let us assume all of the above are true – wouldnt this happen before a major military strike – is it tied to the gulf or asia and beyond?

  13. Wow I was just talking to my friend about this 10 minutes ago, this was no coincidence. What are the chances of a ship dropping it’s anchor right on the cable?? Out of the entire ocean! And not 1 cable, 3?

She turned it into an Israeli conspiracy 😛

lol joel- i heard that rumor too

  14. As opposed to an act of God, Hope? 🙂

Joel – Co-ordinated shark attack, four cables, LLOOOLLLLLL!

Yeh, Amer, we should all probably be going satellite, don’t you think? These cables are going the way of the telephonic land lines.

OOooooooo, Enigma, a conspiracy! Actually . . . the Qatteri Cat is looking very guilty, swearing he didn’t mean to do it and that it was all a terrible accident and a misunderstanding!
