93°F / 34°C

The forecast for today was 84°F/ 29°C, but my place is heating up; it feels a little STEAMY. Weather Underground: Kuwait says it is 93°F / 34°C – and it is only March 11. Isn’t this a little early to be having this kind of weather? Doesn’t Spring last just a little longer? I remember back in October/November when it would get below 100°F and we would all start to talk about how much cooler it was feeling. This just isn’t right!

  3. Just remember… it’s a DRY heat! Unlike the humid and stifling Texas version. But, of course, we don’t have the sand to contend with either!
    I agree with Elijah… go swimming! 😀

  4. It’s too early, Enigma, I agree!

Oh Elijah! I am so happy to see you! Come back!

Lofter – hot is hot. Right now, by the grace of God, we don’t have sand either, but it was unexpectedly hot today.

  7. Enigma! That imagery is just tooo painful! I had never thought of it that way! I hate sweat, and one thing about the dry heat I don’t mind is that it is so HOT HOT HOT that the sweat doesn’t have time to form before it evaporates.

39°C! Holy Smokes, Mrm! I wish it would rain today.

  8. Do you think global warming has got something to do with it?

  9. Honestly, Olorin, I don’t know. There have been wild climactic swings before man had anything to do with carbon-emissions. At the same time, I just don’t have enough information to rule it out. I worry about all the changes we are making without regard for the consequences.
