8. Ansam . . . dying laughing. I am trying to make myself eat breakfast and this is the first time I have ever successfully made sunnyside up. They were so perfect I took a photo, and when I saw the photo, like two big eyes, the lightbulb went on.

   Here is the secret to perfect sunnyside up eggs: hot fat.

11. I do great baith 3yoon!!! i’m gonna take pictures the next time i make them! 😀

    usually i wait until the pan and oil gets REALLY hot, like i wait until i see white smoke coming up, only then i put the eggs in. i like them with crispy brown edges! 😀

    Hey, Я, hope you’re feeling 100% better now! Purg’s “stalker” was more of an admirer, I am guessing. Sent him that cookie at a coffee shop. This was the first time for me doing sunny-side up; guess I just got lucky.
