  4. Mrm – In Seattle, they serve flower petals on salads sometimes – Nasturtiums for one (and they grow in Kuwait from February – May). Somewhere – maybe Africa – I have eaten stuffed squash blossoms – it was a delectable treat. So you and your cousin were cutting edge back then!

  8. Ah! Kinan! The most beautiful irises I ever grew were in Jordan. I imagine your beautiful Safita also has a glorious spring time!

    Oh Enigma, I would love to see you eat a flower salad! I think you have a heart for gardening!

    Jewaira – one of the best things about being in Kuwait is that when you come back here, you don’t take all this for granted.
