Mrm – In Seattle, they serve flower petals on salads sometimes – Nasturtiums for one (and they grow in Kuwait from February – May). Somewhere – maybe Africa – I have eaten stuffed squash blossoms – it was a delectable treat. So you and your cousin were cutting edge back then!

Those pink trees were the thing I loved most about Spring in the US..

Ah! Kinan! The most beautiful irises I ever grew were in Jordan. I imagine your beautiful Safita also has a glorious spring time!
