Unspectacular Quirks Tag
My friend 3baid tagged me for the 6 Unspectacular Quirks tag.
The Rules:
Link the person(s) who tagged you.

Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours.
Tag 6 following bloggers by linking them.
Leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger’s blogs letting them know they’ve been tagged.
1. In a family of spectacular women, I am a mouse. And yet, after lo these many years, my husband still finds me interesting, so I guess I have something going for me. Men like me, trust me, and work well with me, like a sister.
2. I prefer organization to chaos. My clothes are organized by item and then by color. I don’t like drawers, where things hide and get lost, I like shelves, where I can see things.
3. I have always had to make lists and keep calendars so I can remember things, so no, it’s not creeping dementia, it is just a time of information and option overload.
4. I’m a morning person, I have to have had a nap to be any good after ten at night, and I refuse to discuss finances with AdventureMan after nine p.m.
5. Being a believer is a big part of my life, but you guessed that, didn’t you? 😉 Whether it’s my religion or yours, when people start telling me how I am supposed to live my life, I get real nervous, and feel LESS inclined to follow their rules, rather than more.
6. I like listening and asking questions a whole lot more than talking and giving my opinion. Odd thing for a blogger to say, I guess!
I was sort of hoping no one would notice I hadn’t done this one yet, but the problem is that now there are so few people left to tag!
1. BoJacob
2. Erzulie
3. Fonzy
4. Я at Farragoes
5. Shopaholic
6. Teagirl

Those aren’t quirks, those are good points! :O
#2 is similar to my #3 hehehehehe
I think those are all good things! 🙂
And i totally do the organizing and calendar thing….i cant live without it!
3baid, you are not married yet, are you? Believe me, compulsive orderliness, morning person . . . these could be annoying traits to the wrong man! Thank God, AdventureMan needs me to be the self-reliant sort.
Ansam – I had to go check your list to see . . . and you are right! So tell me, do all your clothes also face the same way on the hangers, like all the fronts of the blouses are to the right? 😉
NoNoWa – I’m glad I am not the only one!
Haha, it’s not annoying if you keep your traits to yourself and not enforce them on others 😛
Ha hahahahahahah, 3baid. I hope, with all my heart, you are still blogging when you get married! I want to remind you of those words!
Here is what marriage is like: you love each other madly. You start living together and discover what it means to compromise. After about a year, those endearing quirks can drive you CRAZY! It takes a lot of compromise, and patience, and people are kind of like rough stones, and marriage the tumbler that takes our rougher edges off as we rub up against one another over time.
Yes… they are LOL
I KNEW IT! You are high-maintenance person just like me. Muwahahaha, welcome to the OCD bandwagon Intlxpatr!
Ansam – no kidding! I am not surprised!
Angelo – NOT high maintence! *shudders!* High standards! When my life becomes chaotic, I find it harder to make good choices and decisions – it’s a time thing and a resource thing. (I know, I know, now I am really sounding OCD) so I keep myself organized to give myself enough time and space. Pity poor AdventureMan, when things are “out of place!”
Oh, and he is a little the same way. When he can’t find something, he is always sure I was the last one to have it. He does apologize graciously when I find it on his desk, but occasionally . . . . it’s in my stack . . . 😦
His closets are also arranged . . . . 🙂
nooooooooooooooo another tag!!! LOL!! will do it 😛
Since you peeked at my secret quirks, I figured I had the right to do the same. It’s something we lack people who like to listen. Admire that. Other than that we’re a disaster near each other! No common denominators.
Other than we like a lot of the same blogs, Bashar? 🙂
