It’s cultural. Seattle people are very rule oriented, and they really follow the rules, most of them. If they don’t, Seattle people say “they must not be from around here.”
You mean we can’t throw fire crackers at the seals and sea lions like we do here at the zoo …. ohhhhh bummer
