    3baid – Against all odds, with the Kuwaiti women and their love of fashion, I cannot imagine why they haven’t insisted on a grand Kuwait Ball, a huge dance with music, and yes, with dancing, and a sit-down dinner where they can wear their most fabulous designer dresses – in red, green, white or black! Sigh! It could be SO romantic, and February is the most wonderful month in Kuwait . . .
