Bank of America Account

They just keep getting worse and worse. This one has atrocious grammar and punctuation, and keeps changing font size!

They replace the bank name with anything they can think of, to cover as many customers as they can with their scam. Punctuation and grammar are not their priorities 🙂

I guess there are many fools that fall for this, that is why grammar and punctuation is not a priority, and neither is the maintanance of the same font type/size throughout the email. LOL.

I think you’re right, Bu Yousef. Every now and then, I get a really good one, from a bank I use, and I am almost fooled, but this one was just pathetic.

Grammy – I can only imagine that there are enough idiots who respond to make it worth their while. They don’t seem to spend a lot of time getting it right, do they? But sometimes, rarely, there are ones so good that I take a second look – and those I forward to the bank sites. There is always a special address to send bank fraud spams to.

Chirp – for me, those are the dead giveaways, though. My banks DO use e-mail to communicate, although they all warn that they will NEVER ask for personal information through an e-mail, or verification of personal information, like pin numbers, etc. The safest thing, though, is not to even click on anything on one of these ‘notifications’. This one was just pathetically transparent, poorly done.
