What the Victors are Saying

I love the messages I am reading from the Democrats, summarized in this speech by Kentucky Governer Andy Beshear:

“Remember, we’ve got to celebrate today but we’ve got to govern tomorrow,” he said in a video posted to the social platform X. “It’s now on us. The American people say they trust us more than Republicans to deliver them results. So no getting cocky, no getting arrogant. Our job now is to better the lives of people, to bring down the cost of groceries, to bring down the cost of gas, to make sure anybody who’s sick can see a doctor, and that all of our kids have enough to eat.”

The focus is on good governance. Governance by the people, for the people. Keeping it simple. Acting in good faith, with good will. On! On!
