    yes! people in ELP told me that the Q8 Cafe and several other places (the Jerusalem Grill, a local Middle Eastern grocery, etc.) are all Kuwaiti owned. I suspect that some must have come to Texas for college or graduate studies, and decided to stay. The climate is similar, but milder.

  9. My comment was directed towards the Jerusalem Grill being falsely referred to as a Kuwaiti owned establishment. Q8 Cafe is in fact owned by a Kuwaiti thus the name and does not go around El Paso claiming to be something they are not.
