Saturday, 5 January Sunrise

Clear horizon . . . . looking for snow clouds . . .

Scary – that’s not the horizon the sun is over, it’s the veil of (smog?) (pollution?) (fog?) that seems to hang over the Gulf perpetually.

Why all these sunrises? Well, for one thing, because I can, because when I wake up I usually can’t get back to sleep, I am AWAKE and ready to go. My best time of the day.

  1. Grin, I know – I shot the moon this morning, it was so gorgeous and I rushed the dogs to do their business and I could get on the rooftop with telephoto in time šŸ˜‰
Haven’t downloaded them yet, but I think at least one turned out neat šŸ™‚

And yes, that haze is scary. I think by now, it’s pollution like hubby tries to tell me since day one.
    :S

But it makes for a wonderful two toned sunrise :D!!

  3. let’s hear it for us “crack of dawn” people. I like to wake the day up, not have it wake me up.

  4. Rainmountain – Dogs always know when they are being hurried, don’t they? They look at you with those big doggie eyes and make you feel so bad!

    Thanks, Nov62!

Momcat – You and I were good travel partners for that very reason! šŸ™‚
