  1. That’s a great picture. It doesn’t even really seem like Kuwait because on the very bottom, it looks like there are trees….Maybe its the Island from Lost… 😉

  3. Hehehehe, q80 Saracen! You have sharp eyes, and there are some places in Kuwait with trees! Private residences on the beach, public parks, private parks . . . there are trees! My favorites are a feathery dark grey green tree that doesn’t take a lot of water, a very old fashioned tree, but beautiful.

Amu – I am a diehard Nikon user, or so I thought until my sister put a Lumix in my hands. I never looked back. I have two; one has a 12x optical 3x digital zoom that I take on safari and get FABULOUS shots, and the second, a slightly smaller version with a 10x optical zoom. Lumix is a hybrid; panasonic body and Leica lens. You get sharp sharp photos under low light conditions. The prices are very reasonable. The camera is also very light, has anti-shake devices – it’s just a miracle of photographic engineering, in my opinion. I take it everywhere.
