6. I think that if the store lists itself as a WLL then the owner must have registered his business with the state. I certainly don’t think that he registered with Wal-mart!

   LD, here, nothing means anything. You can put a TM on something and it doesn’t mean it’s trademarked. I’ve gotten cynical; so much of it is just blarney.
