A Breath of Winter
I am a happy camper.
AdventureMan’s teeth are chattering and he is rummaging through his drawers in search of long johns and his fleece jacket, the Qatteri Cat is nestled as close to me as he can get and there is a slight chill in the air (remember, I am an Alaska girl π so it doesn’t feel that cold to me!)
Yesterday, I even wore long sleeves, first time since December, when we had a couple chilly days. January in Doha – until yesterday – was more like March in Doha, with warm nights and warmer days. I appreciate the freshness of a little coolness.

Nice to hear that!! I can keep lots of warm clothing then for Kuwait.
I like warm nights, though.
My husband brought those water-resist wind-proof sports jacket and I found him wearing it when we did video-conference.

Kuwait is COLDER than Qatar, by far, and hotter, too! Way colder from like November to February, way hotter from June to October. You will need cold clothes for the mornings; by afternoon it usually gets a little warmer. In the summer, you need clothes to protect you from the sun!
Ah.. nice to know…I am sorting the clothing now for the shipping…hard job
It hasn’t been that cold in Kuwait this year. The last few days have been somewhat colder than usual and that is refreshing
Polar Panda, the hardest part is being adequately covered in the hot weather. We need to be covered to the elbow (there are Western women who go sleeveless, but it isn’t very smart), so look for sleeves, or look for blouses you can wear as a jacket over a sleeveless dress.
