Ramadan in Kuwait and Qatar

As I was taking a look at today’s weather in Pensacola (why do I bother? It’s pretty much the same every day, in the low nineties and HUMID) I glanced up at my favorites bar and sent up a prayer for my friends observing the Ramadan fast in Kuwait and Qatar:

My friends, I am in awe of your sacrifice. I cannot imagine the hardship, abstaining from water, as well as all food, from sunrise to sundown. May God be with you.

  2. Happy Ramadan to you, Daggero, and to your family, from AdventureMan and me. A cloudy day, in the middle of a hot July, is a great way to start Ramadan. Maybe some thunder and lightning coming your way, too, God willing. 🙂

I’ll get started on those cloud photos – we do get those big pile ups. On June 9th, Pensacola had a record rain, 14 – 23 inches in one 24 hour period. We were in Zambia, only one room flooded, and our son took care of it, God bless him! If you want to start with some clouds in the distance and a rainy windshield, you can look at my post for July 14th.

I wish I knew how to post videos! I only know how to post U-Tube videos, not my own.
