I didn’t even know I was getting this close; it crept up on me as I wrote about the long trip we took through the American Southwest. It’s almost nine years of blogging.

  2. Congrtulations on this milestone , I have enjoyed many posts
    Things have changed since the arrival of tiwtter, instgram and snapchat befitting the fast pace life style of the new generation, but blogging or whats left of it is still an excellent platform for the rest of us .

    • Daggero, you have been a friend indeed 🙂 You are right about instagram et al, and for me, blogging is a broader platform. I don’t need to go viral; I write because I need to express a thought, or share an experience, and I want it to be accurate and complete. It matters to me that I have “good neighbors” and that we connect, wherever in the world we might be 🙂 Thank you for your faithful comments 🙂
