  2. Even though I’m not a Muslim and I don’t fast Ramadan, I do miss the Ramadan I had in Kuwait!

  3. Ramadan is all the more enticing for non Moslems than it is for Moslems – they get to have all the fun minus the fasting ( unless you count fasting as part of the fun).
    Fasting every now and again, is actually good for you. I try doing it Saturday mornings just so to detoxify my system from the weekend’s excesses.

    NoraCassandra, I think there is something in the holy season that appeals to the spiritual side of us all, isn’t there?

    Q8Knights – Really? You think we get more out of it that YOU do? You get all the family visiting, the special meals, Garganau (something like that when the children go singing) and the cleansing of the entire spiritual side! We get the hassles without the rewards!
